





YAY NUTS offers indulgent nut blends made from just a handful of ingredients, no additives, no junk. Their snacks appealed to health-conscious buyers looking for better options without compromising flavor. The brand was doing well through a mix of organic efforts, limited paid ads, and word of mouth, but there was no clear system to scale online sales efficiently.
When we took over their ad account, the structure was chaotic. There were dozens of ad sets running with no clear testing logic, messaging was inconsistent, and creative fatigue had set in. They didn’t have a proper cold-to-retargeting funnel or a plan for improving cost efficiency as spend scaled.

We refined the brand narrative to highlight what made YAY NUTS special, just four ingredients, clean indulgence, and snacks people could trust. The messaging focused on the simplicity of the product and the emotional promise of guilt-free snacking. We leaned into angles like “No junk. Just crave-worthy nuts,” and “Butter Toffee You Can Trust.” With this clarity, we moved from generic promotions to high-converting, story-driven ads.

Creative was the lever that moved everything. We launched a series of static and video ads tailored to different emotional and functional angles—highlighting ingredients, textures, and benefits like low sugar or gut-friendly snacking. Every batch was tested against one goal: drive purchases fast while keeping cost per result low. Seasonal promos, flavor callouts, and testimonials kept the content pipeline fresh and performance-driven.

We built a clean, 3-stage funnel. Top-of-funnel ads targeted broad interests like clean eating, healthy snacking, and natural ingredients. Mid-funnel focused on video viewers, page engagers, and product clickers. Retargeting handled cart abandoners and product viewers, while post-purchase flows reactivated recent buyers with new flavors. Aggressive exclusions and creative refresh cycles helped us reduce ad fatigue and improve ROAS week over week.

We launched with broad targeting to quickly identify winning creatives and scale them fast. Performance was tracked daily, especially CPR and ROAS, so we could pause weak links and push high-performers. We rotated creatives every 10–14 days, used dynamic formats to test headlines, and adjusted budget allocation based on CPR. By the end of Month 2, CPR dropped over 11%, and scaling up no longer meant sacrificing efficiency.
